Yoga (Beginner and Intermediate)
For those who enjoyed the Yoga and Meditation (Introduction) Diploma course, this Yoga (Beginner and Intermediate) course is the perfect opportunity to extend your knowledge of this holistically fulfilling exercise. You will delve deeper into the breathing, warm-up, and relaxation techniques previously covered, and discover the Hatha, Iyengar, and Ashtanga branches of yoga. You will be given the holistic solution to health by means of structured, theoretical, and practical approaches to balance body, mind, and spirit. You will learn some techniques to induce calmness, and others to encourage the flow of energy, all with the common advantage of bringing positive awareness to the body.
