In this course, you will be introduced to the fundamentals of the amazing craft of mindfulness. You will learn about the ancient roots of mindfulness, and the modern scientific research which proves the benefits of mindful living. You will study the human energy systems, including the chakras, vibrational energy, and the mind-body connection, and come to understand the fundamental link between mindfulness and physical/psychological well-being. You will learn to practice and apply a wide variety of mindfulness techniques in every part of your life.
