This is a short hypnosis session that runs for 20 minutes - perfect for a break in a busy day. Because of this my goal is to get you into a nice relaxed state very quickly. I do this by using a short induction that will immerse you in an imaginative process involving relaxing on a private beach at sunset. This is heightened with the sounds of gentle ocean waves I have put in the background soundtrack. You will become mentally absorbed in this place of relaxation as your mind drifts off and all the pressures of the day fade away. The background soundtrack also contains binaural beats and an original music composition that help entrain your mind into deep relaxation. This unique format is very effective to maximize the 20 minutes you take away from a busy day and begin the process of redirecting your mind to more positive directions.
What I Hope For You To Achieve...
Some days we get so caught up in all the little tings going on around us that we lose the bigger picture. We all have goals of different types and some days it just feels like these slip further and further away as we become too concerned with the things in front of us rather than the bigger picture ahead. We all want to 'live the dream' so to speak but sometimes it just seems so far away that we don;t take the right steps to get there. So what I hope for yuo to achieve in this hypnosis session is to take a short break and get out of this mentality. I want you to become refocused and in the right mindset to start taking action towards accomplishing your goals; to do all the things for the rest of your day that you need to do to get there. Pretty simple really, but like I said we all often get so sidetracked that we forget to do this.
Some Advice & Instructions
Try and get into a daily routine using this power hypnosis program. A great time to use it is when you get 'two-thirtyitis' which is that time of the day when the morning's coffee/s wear off and efficiency levels for whatever you are doing begin to dwindle a bit. Just find a quiet place, sit back and listening to the recording in full. Doing this will have some massive benefits for the rest of your day or night. I recommend doing this 6 days a week for 6 to 8 weeks at first - and after that whenever you feel like using it according to mood. Over time the process should become easier where that goal is always at the forefront of your mind and the action required on your behalf to make it happen is easier.
