Buteyko Breathing Method

Eucapnic Buteyko Method teaches how to use simple breathing techniques to overcome symptoms related to breathing problems such as asthma, emphysema, allergies, bronchitis, sinus, sleep apnoea, panic attacks and anxiety.

The official trial of the method at the Mater Hospital (Queensland) proved its high effectiveness for all categories of asthmatics.
